However, we have replacement parts available that will fit your cookware, including handles with screws and flame guards. If the screw does not match, please use the old screw or secure a new one from Home Depot or Ace Hardware. We process and ship orders the same day or the next business day, and you will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. We also provide a Tracking Number once your item has shipped from the factory. Allow 2 to 3 weeks from the time of order. If you need to return your purchase, we accept returns for a refund of the purchase price, but please note that postage is not refundable.
