Replacement Parts ship the same day or next business day. Merchandise will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you select. Normal delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Except for replacement parts, ALL merchandise (cookware, air purifiers, water purifiers) must ship to a street address. We do not ship merchandise to Post Office Boxes.
To track your shipment, enter the tracking number at USPS.com, UPS.com or FedEx.com. The shipper’s website will show the current location of your shipment, and the estimated time and day of delivery.
When ordering Replacement Parts please compare photo to part. You can return Replacement Parts for a refund within 30 days of the date of order; however, shipping is not recoverable. Replacement Parts must be in new and sellable condition.
Although we have an All-Sales Final NO REFUND Policy on Sale, Discounted, and Trade-In Merchandise, we realize that every situation and reason for return is different. Call customer service for a resolution 1-813-390-1144 within 30 days of order. After 30 days all sales are final.
Return Authorization. To return merchandise you must attain a Return Authorization by emailing CustomerService@HealthCraft.com before the 30-day period. Health Craft will email a Return Authorization Form to you within 24 hours. For accuracy and security, items shipped to Health Craft without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender.
Returned Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition and packaged in the original factory packaging with all literature, instructions booklets, cookbooks, stainless steel cleaner included with your order.
Defaced, used and/or misused merchandise, items damaged in shipping to Health Craft, and items designated as “Used or Reconditioned,” “Final Sale,” or “Trade-In” are not refundable for credit. Returned merchandise may be subject to a repackaging and/or restocking fee not to exceed 25% of the original purchase price. For more info call or text 1-813-390-1144.
Defective or Item Damaged in Shipping: Customer must notify Health Craft of the perceived defect or damage within 5 business days of receiving the item, call or text 1-813-390-1144. Defective item and/or merchandised damaged in shipment will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
IMPORTANT Please Read:
- Place this email inside the carton with your name, contact information, and return address.
- Be sure that the RA# is on the outside of the carton and clearly visible.
- Mail, UPS, or FedEx your item for repair or replacement to Health Craft. NOTE: You will we receive a Return Address with your Return Authorization Number.
