The Health Craft Cookware Story — Since 1970

Health Craft Cookware began in 1970 in Rahway, New Jersey, when Charles Knight started teaching families a better way to cook through personal cookware demonstrations. From the beginning, the focus was waterless and greaseless cooking—using quality multi-ply stainless steel cookware and controlled temperatures to help preserve the natural moisture, flavor, color and texture of food.

From Cooking Demonstrations to Television

What began in the kitchen grew into television, cooking schools and cookbook publishing. Knight appeared with longtime Tampa broadcaster Jack Harris and worked alongside pioneering television chef Chef Tell, helping establish the philosophy that still guides Health Craft today: don't just sell cookware—teach people how to cook with it.

For more than 55 years, Health Craft has evolved from traditional waterless cookware to today's advanced 316Ti titanium stainless steel induction cookware. Technology has changed, but the goal has not: create exceptional cookware designed to perform for generations.
