PREPARATION: 10 minutes – makes ¾ gallon
EQUIPMENT: 1 gallon liquid container, rotary food cutter
- Half to whole bottle 750ml Don Q Cristal white rum
- 2 13.5 oz. cans coconut milk
- 2 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk.
- 4 8.5 oz. cans coco Lopez
- Coconut for garnish, grated #1 cutting cone
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon sticks
Mix well. Chill in the refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before serving. Serve over ice with dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle with nutmeg, garnish rim with grated coconut and serve with cinnamon stick.
