Vintage EKCO Arrowhead CARVING FORK Made in the USA – From Chef Charles Knight’s personal collection. Reconditioned, minor scratches, otherwise brand new.
The EKCO Arrowhead Carving Fork is typically used when slicing meats, poultry, fish, and other food items. The Carving Fork holds food securely in place, as well as keeping hands away from the sharp blades of the knives, as meat is being carved. The tines, or prongs, will allow the fork to go into the food being carved so the larger piece of meat can be kept stable as it is carved.
Pair our Steak Slicing Knife or Meat and Poultry Carving Knife with the Arrowhead Carving Fork for slicing or carving meat at every meal. Handcrafted in the USA by master craftsmen, this full-tang high-carbon-steel fork has our exclusive Sablewood handle.
The EKCO Arrowhead Carving Fork is precision forged from a single piece of sturdy high-carbon steel that resists stains and corrosion. Curved tines hold meat in place for steady carving and slicing. A double nickel-silver riveted handle is contoured for a comfortable grip that provides exceptional durability and control.
12-inch overall length, 6.5-inch shaft to fork, with 3-inch tines.
