IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING REPLACEMENT PARTS

MAXAM®, the importer of World's Finest®, Steam Control®, Health Smart®, 4-Square®, Chef's Secret®, KT Giant®, and related cookware brands, has informed us that replacement handles, top knobs, and many replacement parts are no longer being imported or manufactured.

As a result, replacement parts for many of these cookware lines are no longer available.

However, your cookware is covered under one of the warranty programs below, we may still be able to help you obtain replacement cookware.

Lifetime Warranty on Manufacturer's Defects

Many MAXAM cookware products were sold with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer's defects.

If your cookware has:

• Warped
• Buckled
• Bent
• Pitted
• Chipped
• Corroded

under normal household use, it may qualify for replacement cookware at no charge under the manufacturer's defect warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and remains one of the strongest protections available to cookware owners.

Hazard Warranty Protection

Not all cookware damage is considered a manufacturer's defect.

If your cookware has been:

• Accidentally overheated
• Left on a burner
• Damaged in a fire, flood, hurricane, or other act of God
• Dropped or otherwise damaged through normal household accidents

you may qualify for replacement cookware at a prorated discount through the Hazard Warranty Program.

This allows customers to replace damaged cookware at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new cookware.

Trade-In & Trade-Up Warranty Program

Even if your cookware is worn, outdated, discontinued, or no longer covered under a manufacturer's defect claim, you may still qualify for substantial savings through our Trade-In & Trade-Up Program.

Eligible customers may receive:

✅ Credit for their original cookware purchase

✅ Up to 50% OFF current MSRP on qualifying replacement cookware

✅ The opportunity to upgrade to newer induction-ready stainless-steel cookware systems

Many customers use this program to replace older cookware with modern cookware featuring improved performance, energy efficiency, and updated designs.
