If you're interested in upgrading to our new 9-Ply Ultra-Tech II Magnetic 316ti cookware, you can trade-in your original set and trade-up to our latest offering. To access your trade-in value, please contact our customer service team. Please note that the manufacturer has discontinued some original parts, but upgraded handles and knobs for this line may look different than the original but will fit your cookware.
Replacement pots, pans, skillets and covers are still available if you need them. If the connection welded to the pan is missing or damaged, please contact our customer service team for repair or replacement. For those of you with white handles, please note that they are partially covered under warranty so please call us for a warranty discount.
