Recipe: Florida Shrimp & Blue Crab Pizza

Equipment: Health Craft 10" Stainless Pizza Pan & Food Cutter
Ingredients
- ½ pound medium Florida shrimp, peeled and cooked
- 12-inch pizza crust
- ½ cup prepared pesto sauce
- 1 cup Florida blue crab meat
- Green and yellow peppers, thinly sliced
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (#2 cutting cone)
- 2 tablespoons pure olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut shrimp into bite-size pieces and set aside.
- Place pizza crust on your stainless steel pizza pan and spread pesto evenly, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
- Top with shrimp and crab, then add a thin layer of cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cheese, add peppers, and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake mid-oven for 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove, cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
