PREPARATION: 30 minutes – makes 6 servings
EQUIPMENT: 3-quart Mixing Bowl, 3-quart saucepan or 9½” Sauté Skillet, Induction Cooker
- 1 box Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix 8 oz.
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tub Fruit & Peel Mix 8 oz.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 oz. raisins
- 1/3 cup Amaretto liquor
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
In the mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Melt 1 tablespoon unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat (180°F/82°C). Pour the batter into the pan and bake over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Alternative: Bake in the Oven at 350°F for 30 minutes in 6 individual Ramekins
Top with Amaretto Cream, a combination of whipped heavy cream and Amaretto Liquor, or Vanilla Custard.
