As the original purchaser, the only cost you will incur is the shipping back to our factory for repair or replacement. Contact us for Return Authorization.
- HAZARD WARRANTY: If your cookware is lost, stolen, or damaged due to unfortunate circumstances such as an earthquake, flood, fire, misuse, or even normal wear and tear on handles.
