Ships within 3β5 business days via FedEx β insured, signature required. - A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery typically arrives within 5β10 business days, depending on carrier and destination.
Important Shipping Notes
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes β a physical street address is required.

These sites provide real-time updates and estimated delivery dates.

π Replacement Parts
Before ordering, please compare the product photo with the item selected in the dropdown menu to ensure accuracy.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Returned parts must be new, unused, and in sellable condition
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Final Sale / No Refunds on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or reconditioned merchandise
- Trade-in items
π Return Authorization (RA) Required
All returns must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) obtained within 30 days of your order.
How to Obtain an RA
- Request a Return Authorization by accessing your order at www.HealthCraft.com
- Health Craft will email return instructions within 24 hours
- Include a copy of your original order inside the return carton
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender for security reasons.
π¦ Returning Merchandise
Returned merchandise must be in new, resalable condition, including:
- Original factory box and all protective packaging
- Individual wrapping to ensure no metal touches metal (prevents stainless-steel damage)
- All accessories: instructions, cookbooks, stainless-steel cleaner, etc.
Returns may be subject to a repackaging or restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the itemβs condition and circumstances.
We CANNOT accept returns on:
- Used, damaged, dented, or misused items
- Products damaged during return shipping
- Final Sale, Used, Reconditioned, or Trade-In merchandise
To prevent shipping damage, each stainless-steel item must be wrapped individually.
Metal-to-metal contact will result in refusal of the return.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- We will repair or replace the item at no charge
