  • Replacement Parts ship same day or next business day.
  • All other merchandise (cookware, air purifiers, water purifiers, etc.) ships within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method, typically arriving within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Important: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

To return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of your order. How to get an RA:

  • Call or text 1-813-885-5244.
  • Health Craft will email you the RA number and return address within 24 hours.
  • Clearly mark the RA on the outside of the return carton.
  • Include a copy of your RA email inside the carton with your name, contact info, and return address.
  • Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned to sender for security reasons.

  • Merchandise must be in new and resalable condition, including:
  • Original factory packaging
  • All literature (instructions, cookbooks, stainless steel cleaner, etc.)
  • Returns may be subject to a repackaging and/or restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price.
