π¦ SHIPPING POLICY
We are pleased to announce an updated shipping policy designed to serve you faster and more efficiently:
- Replacement Parts ship same day or next business day.
- All other merchandise (cookware, air purifiers, water purifiers, etc.) ships within 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method, typically arriving within 5 to 10 business days.

Important: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

- Before ordering, please compare the part photo to the item listed in the dropdown menu to ensure accuracy.

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Returned parts must be new and in sellable condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Note: We maintain a No Refund / Final Sale policy on all Sale, Discounted, Used, Reconditioned, and Trade-In Merchandise.
π Return Authorization (RA) Required
To return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of your order. How to get an RA:
- Call or text 1-813-885-5244.
- Health Craft will email you the RA number and return address within 24 hours.
- Clearly mark the RA on the outside of the return carton.
- Include a copy of your RA email inside the carton with your name, contact info, and return address.
- Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned to sender for security reasons.
π¦ Returning Merchandise
- Merchandise must be in new and resalable condition, including:
- Original factory packaging
- All literature (instructions, cookbooks, stainless steel cleaner, etc.)
- Returns may be subject to a repackaging and/or restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price.
We do not accept returns on:
- Used, damaged, defaced, or misused items
- Products damaged in transit back to Health Craft
- Final Sale, Used, Reconditioned, or Trade-In items

- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days.
- We will repair or replace the item at no charge.
