About Us
Our Story
A family-owned mission rooted in health, craftsmanship, and the belief that what you cook with matters as much as what you cook.
Meet the Knights
LeAnn Pergola Knight and Chef Charles Knight have spent decades studying the relationship between cookware, nutrition, and long-term health. Based in Tampa, Florida, the Knights built Health Craft on a simple but powerful conviction: the way we cook our food is just as important as the food itself.
As a chef, educator, and health advocate, Charles has dedicated his career to teaching families how to preserve the natural vitamins, minerals, and flavors in their food — without the need for excess water, oils, or high heat. His passion for waterless cooking isn't just professional — it's deeply personal, rooted in a lifelong commitment to helping people live healthier, longer lives.
Through their blog, cooking demonstrations, and one-on-one consultations, LeAnn and Chef Charles have touched thousands of families across the country — sharing recipes, techniques, and the science behind truly healthy cooking.
Our Mission
At Health Craft, our mission is simple: to help families cook healthier, live better, and feel the difference. We believe that premium cookware should do more than look beautiful — it should actively support your health every single day.
We are proud to be a family-owned business, and that means every decision we make — from the materials we source to the customer service we provide — is guided by the same values we'd apply to our own family's kitchen.
The 4 Pillars of Health
Everything we do at Health Craft is guided by our 4 Pillars philosophy — the four foundational elements of a truly healthy life:
🌬️ Air
Clean air in your home starts in your kitchen. Our cookware is designed to cook without smoke, fumes, or harmful off-gassing — keeping the air your family breathes as pure as possible.
💧 Water
Waterless cooking means your vegetables steam in their own natural moisture — locking in nutrients that are lost when food is boiled or over-processed.
🥦 Food
The right cookware preserves the vitamins, minerals, and natural flavors in your food. Health Craft cookware is engineered to cook at lower temperatures, protecting what matters most.
😴 Sleep
Better nutrition leads to better rest. When your body gets the full benefit of the food you eat, everything — including your sleep — improves.
Proudly Made in the USA
Health Craft cookware is manufactured in the United States. We are committed to American craftsmanship, quality materials, and supporting domestic manufacturing. When you invest in Health Craft, you're not just buying cookware — you're supporting American workers and a tradition of excellence that spans generations.
Our waterless cookware is built to last a lifetime. We stand behind every piece we make, and our customers' loyalty over the decades speaks for itself.
