1-Quart Saucepan with Ultra-Temp Control

Perfect from breakfast to dinner — this versatile saucepan does it all.
Soft-cook or hard-cook eggs, prepare hot cereals, reheat soups, cook vegetables the waterless way, or create quick one-pan meals with effortless precision.

🍳 Soft or Hard-Cooked Eggs

• Place eggs in the pan with 1 tablespoon of filtered water per egg.

• Cover, open the vent, and cook over medium heat.

• When the whistle sounds, close the vent and cook:

  • 7 minutes for soft-cooked eggs

  • 15 minutes for hard-cooked eggs
    Serve immediately for perfect texture every time.

🌾 Oatmeal, Rice, or Grains

• Bring 2 cups of filtered water to temperature with cover on and vent open.
• When the whistle sounds, remove cover and add oats, rice, or grain. Stir.
• Cover, open vent. When the whistle sounds again, close the vent and turn burner off.
• Cooking times:
  • Oatmeal: 10 minutes
  • Rice: 25–30 minutes
  • Grains: 30–40 minutes

🍗 One-Pan Meals

• Preheat pan on medium. Add cubed chicken, beef, pork, or turkey.
• Sear on all sides (about 5 minutes).
• Add frozen vegetables, cover, and open vent.
• When the whistle sounds, close vent and reduce to low heat.
• Cook 15 minutes to create a natural vapor seal — the retained moisture deglazes the pan, cooks the meal evenly, and produces a rich, flavorful gravy.

🥕 Waterless Vegetables

• Place vegetables in the pan (e.g., potato halves, sliced carrots, broccoli, corn).
• Rinse and pour off excess water — the moisture clinging to the vegetables is enough.
• Cover, open vent, and cook over medium heat.
• When the whistle sounds, close vent and reduce heat to low.
• Vegetables cook to tender perfection in 15 minutes.
