Best Pancake Recipe Ever
Perfect for your new 11" Square Griddle.
Ingredients
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 large eggs, room temperature
¼ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: Mixed fresh berries, whipped cream, maple syrup, butter
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together the first five dry ingredients.
In another bowl, whisk the remaining wet ingredients; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened—do not overmix.
Preheat the griddle over medium heat (about 275°F). Lightly grease the surface with unsalted butter. Pour ¼ cup batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles on top begin to pop and the bottoms turn golden brown. Flip and cook the second side until golden.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
