Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 13 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth.
3. Stir melted butter into the mashed bananas.
4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
5. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
6. Mix in the flour until just combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan to cool completely on a wire rack. Enjoy!
