It feels like just yesterday when we taped our first infomercial in a studio in Orlando, FL, back in 1986, all for a budget of only $1200. The production was a 3-camera live-to-tape shoot, where every moment was captured without retakes or editing. I wrote the script for the food cutter and cookware infomercial and together we created a one-hour customer service video to accompany our cookware. Chef Charles Knight
