September 12, 2021. This story may not surprise you, but I thought you might appreciate it anyway. I just finished cooking breakfast this morning in your oil core electric skillet, and it suddenly dawned on me how long we've owned it and the use it's been given. Back in the early '80s, at a home show in Kingston, NY. I watched a cooking demonstration using this skillet and was impressed enough to plop down the $75 purchase price. That was almost a week's worth of wages for me at the time and the wife was not happy when I came home! Fast forward to today. We've moved a few times over the years and always made sure the skillet went with us. On average, it’s been used at least once a week all these years and still looks and performs like the day I bought it.
