No Kings? What Does That Mean, Really?
For those who do not understand, and for those who have taken their Christian faith and upbringing for granted, let this be a reminder: the United States of America is God’s country. He set this nation apart for His divine purpose—just as He set apart Israel for His chosen people and for the fulfillment of His promises.
“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen as His own inheritance.” – Psalm 33:12
If you struggle to believe that, take a moment to consider the courage and conviction of those early Christians who crossed the Atlantic in the 1600s and 1700s. Their voyage was not a leisurely cruise—it was a brutal three- to four-month journey through storms, hunger, and disease. Yet they came, driven by faith and guided by the hand of God, seeking not gold or conquest, but the freedom to worship Christ without interference from earthly kings.
“Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” – 2 Corinthians 3:17
When they reached these shores, survival itself was an act of faith. They faced an untamed wilderness, harsh winters, and the constant threat of death. But they persevered—not by their own strength, but by the providence of Almighty God.
Over the centuries that followed, and especially since the founding of this nation in 1776, Americans have been willing to serve, sacrifice, and even die for Liberty. Just as the disciples of Christ understood their fate in preaching the Gospel—all martyred except John—so too have tens of thousands of Americans given their lives for the cause of freedom and truth. Not only here on our own soil, but in the farmlands and cities of nations across the world.
“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” – John 15:13
If you have ever served in the U.S. military, you know that sacrifice firsthand. You understand that freedom is not free—and that liberty, like faith, demands courage.
Yet today, many take that divine heritage for granted. For those who have adopted a casual approach to the truth—that God reserved the United States for His purpose and His purpose alone—you are missing the facts and ignoring the lessons of history. The very land that gives you the freedom to doubt is the land built upon faith in Jesus Christ.
It is the land where “No Kings” means no earthly ruler above God. It means that our allegiance is not to monarchs or tyrants, but to the King of Kings.
“These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings.” – Revelation 17:14
The United States is God’s country. He set it aside for His purpose, and though that purpose is not yet fully revealed, it is unfolding before our eyes. What we are witnessing today is not chaos without cause—it is preparation. The shaking of a nation is the stirring of a spiritual awakening.
The revival has begun, and it will separate the faithful from the faithless, the righteous from the deceived.
Now is the time to renew your mind, strengthen your spirit, and recommit your heart to the Lord.
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” – Romans 12:2
The battle before us is not political—it is spiritual. It is the eternal struggle between good and evil, between truth and deception, between the Kingdom of God and the kingdoms of men.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world.” – Ephesians 6:12
It is time to reclaim the United States of America—not for power, not for politics, but for God and His believers. For Jesus Christ, the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings.
