The most flavorful salmon you will ever prepare, and the browned butter, lemon, honey, and pineapple sauce is to die for!

PREPARATION TIME: 20-25 minutes – Makes 4 servings.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 salmon filets (about 1 pound each)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small lemon, sliced thin (seeds removed)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat pan to Medium-High Heat 360°F (182°C) but no higher than 390°F (199°C) - Adapted for Induction Cooking
To begin the browned butter lemon sauce, melt butter in the skillet until the butter begins to brown slightly, about 1½ to 2 minutes. Place the salmon in the pan, skin side up. Place lemon slices around salmon. Sear the salmon until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
With salmon, meat side up. Drizzle with honey on top of the salmon, and place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
To the skillet, add the pineapple juice and cover. Braise in pineapple juice until cooked through and the sauce thickens, about 5-6 minutes.
Serve immediately. Top with browned butter honey, lemon, and pineapple sauce. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
